Description
Launched in 2025, the Solid800 profiles represent the latest innovation in Ramplast’s portfolio, delivering enhanced performance and energy efficiency compared with previous series. These 6-chamber PVC profiles are designed to provide superior thermal and acoustic insulation, thanks to their modern design and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Manufactured through an advanced extrusion process using high-quality raw materials, Solid800 profiles feature enlarged reinforcement chambers capable of accommodating even specialist glazing options. The exterior design has also been optimised, with gently rounded edges that create a modern and elegant appearance.

Profiles with 6 chambers and a construction depth of 76 mm, ensuring a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation.
Superior Insulation
Equipped with 3 rows of pre-installed, weldable gaskets (grey or black) to ensure excellent sealing performance.
High-Performance Glazing
Compatible with insulating glass units up to 48 mm thick, providing enhanced protection against heat loss.
Central Gasket
Contributes to improved thermal and acoustic insulation, outperforming the EcoLux series.
Efficient Drainage and Ventilation
A controlled water drainage system and specially designed channels for ventilating the chambers within the frame and sash.
