SBW MB-45

The MB-45 is an advanced aluminum system designed for constructing architectural enclosures for both interior and exterior applications that do not require thermal insulation. It is ideal for a wide range of uses, such as partition walls, windows, manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, display windows, ticket counters, showcases, and other spatial structures.

The system features a structural depth of 45 mm for frames, 54 mm for window casements, and 45 mm for both door frames and casements. These dimensions ensure a seamless surface appearance for closed windows and a flush alignment of frames and casements for doors. The profile design supports the creation of slim, durable, and aesthetically pleasing window and door structures.

A key advantage of the MB-45 system is its ability to accommodate bent profiles, including frames, casements, and mullions, enabling the design of arches and curved architectural elements.

Tightness and durability are achieved through the use of EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets, which are resistant to aging and ensure long-term performance.

The MB-45 system is compatible with the MB-60 and MB-70 window and door systems, offering enhanced versatility. It provides multiple design options for structural details, such as lower door leaf sealing, sealing for sliding and swing doors, various glazing bead shapes, and different door threshold configurations. Additionally, it integrates with the MB-45S mortise door structure.

This system supports glass panel thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 35 mm for window casements and 2 mm to 26 mm for fixed windows and doorframes. It is also suitable for fabricating smoke control doors that meet Sa and S200 classification standards.
