Description
The MB-60E EI system allows for the production of fire-resistant internal single or double leaf doors. It also supports the fabrication of “technical windows” and fire-resistant partitions. Constructions based on the MB-60E EI system are classified as EI15 or EI30 according to PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 and are self-locking, achieving class C5 according to EN 1191:2013-06. The system is also classified as non-fire spreading (NRO).
This system utilizes aluminium profiles with a thermal break from the MB-60E series, featuring a profile depth of 60 mm. Fire resistance is ensured by the integration of fire insulation components installed within the internal chambers of the system’s profiles. Additionally, the units come with intumescent tapes to prevent fire from spreading around the glazed elements.
- MB-60E-based fire system enables the use of common elements and allows a simple and fast prefabrication.

- The system enables the application of all common fire-resisting glass of different classes and of a thickness ranging from 5 to 41 mm.
