After a bad experience with a previous window company, which you could feel the draft coming through after one month of instalation, I was skeptical to try different company. The quality is very good, we saw a big difference on the comfort inside the house as we don’t feel the wind and cold through the windows. I was able to discuss all the details during a visit to their showroom, which simplified the situation as it was easier to communicate my preferences and requests.
