Clarendon House – Window Replacement Project
At SBW GROUP LTD, we recently completed a full window replacement project at Clarendon House, upgrading outdated units to a modern, high-performance solution.
The original standard English casement windows were carefully removed and replaced with premium SBW 95 Neo Flush systems, finished in classic white. This upgrade significantly improved both the thermal efficiency and the overall aesthetic of the property.
Each window was equipped with Tilt First handles, combining security with a refined, contemporary look. We also installed solar control glazing, helping to reduce heat gain, improve comfort, and enhance energy efficiency throughout the flat.
Our team handled the project from supply through to full installation, ensuring precise fitting, minimal disruption, and a high-quality finish.
