SBW GROUP LTD has been awarded the Briarcliff House project in Farnborough, delivering the full replacement of windows and doors as part of a major office-to-residential transformation.
Located in Kingsmead, the building is undergoing redevelopment following approvals to convert several office floors into modern apartments.
Our installation will improve energy efficiency, comfort and aesthetics, supporting the building’s new residential purpose. The project reinforces SBW’s growing expertise in commercial conversions across the South East. SBW GROUP LTD is proud to contribute to this important regeneration within Farnborough town centre.

I am thrilled I found SBW GROUP. I had my windows done in April 2024 and the quality is above my expectations.
