Order Process

Together with you from the design until the installation – this is the motto of the SBW professionals. Our experts are always ready to help you choose the most suitable uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors for your project.

Thanks to the experience of our colleagues and the knowledge they gained over time, you will be able to easily decide which uPVC or Aluminium joinery products are suitable for your customers.

For the smooth conduct of consultancy meetings for the design and installation of uPVC joinery, the work stages are presented below:

1. Quotation

We analyse your request and discuss the design details through phone, email, or face-to-face meetings. Based on the approximate measurements provided by the client, we will provide an initial free price estimate.

2. Invoicing one

We prepare the invoice for 10% of the total value as an advance payment, ensuring transparency before moving forward.

3. Survey

We conduct a site visit to take final measurements, ensuring accuracy before productionbegins.

4. Post-Survey Processing

After the survey, we meticulously update all measurements and specifications in our software to ensure complete accuracy and alignment with the latest details. These are then sent to the client for review and signature, confirming responsibility for their choices and acknowledging that no further changes will be made.

5. Place order

We verify all details, issue a proforma invoice for 40% of the total balance, and place the order directly with the factory.

6. Production

We oversee the manufacturing process to ensure each product is made to the highest standards. Each order undergoes a 2–3-day review by technical engineers and factory validation before proceeding directly into production.

7. Invoicing two

We prepare the invoice for the remaining balance of 50%, before we deliver the goods.

8. Delivery

We ensure the windows and doors are properly packed, loaded safely onto the vehicle, and delivered directly to the client’s address.

9. Fitting

Our experienced team will ensure the products are expertly fitted according to Building Regulations requirements, making sure that the installation is done accurately and efficiently for long-lasting performance.

10. Fensa & Warranty

After installation is completed, Fensa will conduct an inspection, and we will send you the warranty and proof of the Fensa application via email. Fensa Certificate will only be applied if fitting was done by SBW Team.

11. Feedback

At the end of the collaboration, we gather your feedback through questionnaires, forms, or phone calls to continuously improve our services.

Estimated Lead Time

Estimated Lead Time: Production for uPVC products is approximately 10-15 working days, while aluminum products typically require 8-10 weeks. Production times for specific profiles may vary; please consult with an agent for precise timelines.
