Description
The MB-79N is a modern, cost-effective addition to Aluprof’s range of window and door systems, designed to exceed standard requirements for thermal insulation. The system enables the fabrication of fixed, side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn, and tilt-and-slide windows, as well as single and double exterior doors and storefront solutions with integrated doors.
The series includes several variants tailored to different performance needs:
MB-79N E – an economical option with a single-component central gasket.
MB-79N ST – equipped with a two-component central gasket for improved sealing.
MB-79N SI – featuring enhanced thermal insulation with insulating inserts inside the profiles and a two-component central gasket.
MB-79N SI+ – designed for external doors, combining a central gasket with additional insulating inserts for maximum performance.

Innovative thermal breaks with a new design allow for the integration of a seal within the insulation zone of both windows and doors
Thermal variants: windows available in three versions (MB-79N E, MB-79N ST, MB-79N SI) and doors in four versions (MB-79N E, MB-79N ST, MB-79N SI, MB-79N SI+)
Thermal insulation: Uw from 0.64 W/(m²K), Uf from 0.83 W/(m²K)
Optimised kinematics for the fabrication of slim, operable windows and doors
Door leaf profiles equipped with an isolation joint, reducing thermal stress during operation
Hardware options: compatible with invisible hinges, popular multi-point locking systems, concealed fittings, and advanced AluPilot fittings; for doors, automation and access control fittings are also available
Design flexibility: possibility to use Earthline decorative slats on panel doors, with matching frames for a cohesive look alongside façades clad in the same slats
Zero-threshold door variants available – convenient for daily use and compliant with barrier-free design standards (DIN 18040)
Glazing: accommodates double or triple units up to 63 mm for windows and 54 mm for doors, including acoustic and burglar-resistant glass
Security options: available as RC1–RC3 rated security doors, as well as aesthetic panel door versions
Wide range of handles in different styles, including minimalist designs with or without rosettes
